A: We accept PAYPAL ONLY.  Credit cards/debit cards are accepted through
            paypal.

Q: Are deposits accepted?

A: Deposits are NOT accepted

Q: If for some reason the diecast does not meet my satisfaction can I return it for a refund?

A: Refunds are issued MINUS the cost of ALL PARTS, PAINT, ALL SHIPPING COSTS,
TRANSACTION FEES and all SHOP SUPPLY FEE.   diecasts must also be returned IN FULL
to us PRIOR to issuing a refund.   There is also a restocking / handling / listing fee of 35% of
the final cost of your diecast that is charged in order to re-sell the diecast to someone else.
(excludes ebay items) (also see section reguarding damages)

Q: What if the diecast is damaged in some way while in shipping?

A: All items are shipped via airborne express and are insured for the appropriate amount.  If for
some reason the diecast should break in shipping you must go to www.airborne.com and fill
out the damaged package form, and contact us to discuss if another diecast is to be built or
           a refund to be issued.

Q: How are the diecasts shipped?

A: As stated above all items are shipped via airborne express ground and are insured for the
appropriate amount.  Typically all diecasts come in their original box and are well packed.

Q: What are the shipping costs?

A: Shipping costs frequently change, and therefore are hard to estimate.  Because of this we
charge a set shipping fee of $10.  Please keep in mind that this amount can and most likely
will change as airborne express fees increase.

Q: How long will it take to complete the diecast?

A: This is a very hard question to answer, even when we know what we are building.  There
are numerous variables that affect building time therefore our policy is "it will be done when
it's done"  Updates on the status of your project are sent once fabrication is complete, once
again when painting is complete and for a third and final time once the project ships.
Please be advised requests for updates will be responded with a "no status yet" response
unless there is information that we feel needs to be disclosed.  So please bare with us, our
best work is done when we take our time.

Q: Are price quote negotiable?

A: No, price quotes ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE, this is because we do ALL of our custom jobs for
the minimum price possible.  We encourage everyone to do their homework and get
quotes from other builders.  After doing this you will find that our prices are lower most of
            the time.

Q: How long does it take to receive a price quote?

A: Typically we try to send out a price quote within 12 to 24 hours, however, due to our hectic
schedule, and depending on when the request is received a quote could be issued sooner
            or later.

Q: When do I need to give Custom Diecasts an answer reguarding if I want the diecast built or not?

A: We take great pride in the fact that we are very prompt about returning a price quote and
therefore we ask that you give us an answer within 3 DAYS after receiving the price quote.
There is a lot of time, energy and research that goes into a price quote, as well as many
variables taken into account.  Since we take our schedules into account regarding how busy
we are, and the amount of time that will need to be allotted for the diecast we have to re-
calculate the estimate after 3 Days.  Also we ask that you give us an answer within 3 DAYS
out of courtesy because quotes take a great deal of time, energy and money  to create and
put together and we are doing this for free.  After 3 DAYS ALL QUOTES ARE NULL AND
VOID.  Should the 3 days pass and the quote expire, and you still want the car built there is
a 15% recalculation fee due in advance based on the orginal price quote.  All sales prices,
deductions and discounts will also be void on recalculated quotes.

Q: Is a picture required in order to receive a price quote?

A: Not usually, HOWEVER, pictures are very helpful in clearing up confusion and accurately
estimating a price.  Also many times we may email you requiring a picture to complete the
estimate.  All photos must be digital and sent to us via email within 3 days if a quote has
been issued, and within 24 if a quote is pending to be issued.

The above is subject to change at any time WITHOUT notification.
