By submitting a price quote request form you agree to the following terms and conditions.  Please be sure to go through and read ALL terms and conditions carefully.

Below is the ESTIMATED MINIMUM for an EXTERIOR repaint only.  Quotes are calculated based on actual cost of parts and estimated amount of labor.

Original Diecast..................$35 +
Labor Fee (ext repaint only)......$95 +
Paint Fee.........................$10 +
Shipping & Shop Fees..............$15 +
7% Transaction Fee................$10 +
MINIMUM TOTAL....................$165 +

Transaction fee is a combined fee paypal charges Custom Diecasts to process payments, and for Custom Diecasts to complete other required paperwork for the order. Fee varies by the above hard costs.

The above paint fee is for generic color similar paint or Duplicolor color coded paint.  There is a $25 fee for color keyed Dupont Chromabase 2 Stage Paint.

Should the total cost of the project be BELOW $ 200 purchase is REQUIRED. A Paypal bill will be issued and payment is due within 3 days.  Should payment no be received within the 3 days a 15% or $35 (whichever is more) fee will be added to a new invoice.

By submitting a price quote request form buyer agrees to the following terms.

1.  Price quotes are valid for 3 (three) days
     ONLY!

2.  I hereby agree to purchase should the
     total be $200 or less.

3.  I hereby agree to send payment (if total is
     $200 or less) or a decision (if total is over
     $200)

4.  Should 3 days pass and payment or a 
     decision are not received I hereby agree
     to pay a 15% or $35 quote fee
     (whichever is more).

5.  I hereby agree to Custom Diecasts
     completion time frame “its done when its
     done”.

The reason for the “its done when its done” policy is that these models are custom.  Different models take different amounts of labor.  Custom Diecasts cannot control diecast and paint suppliers.

6.  I hereby agree to Custom Diecasts
     updated policy.  Updates are sent once
     when painting is complete and once
     again either just before or just after the
     item ships or when Custom Diecasts
     deems necessary.

Requests for status of an order will NOT be accepted or answered.

7.  I hereby understand and agree that Custom 
     Diecasts may at any time for any reason deem 
     the model unbuildable and issue a refund.  
     This refund will be made via paypal, within 6 
     to 8 weeks, and minus any paypal fees, paypal 
     may charge. Upon a refund, I hereby accept 
     said refund in lieu of the requested diecast.  
     I also agree to release Custom Diecasts and 
     all of its representatives from and and all 
     liability.

8.  I hereby understand and agree that the
     above terms and conditions are subject to
     change at any time WITHOUT notification.
